Hello! I am the 7th grade Social Studies teacher. After graduating from Oberlin College with a degree in Political Science, I headed back to my home state of Texas to work toward improving civic engagement. The best thing about EPLA is the incredible students! The students' energy, creativity, open-mindedness, not to mention sense of humor, makes EPLA a one-of-a-kind place to grow and learn!  I look forward to supporting students as they become leaders in their community and beyond!

Hello! I am the Special Education Director and Special Ed. Teacher for the 7th  grade. I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2015. My hobbies include reading, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy the art of teaching because of my past educational career. All throughout Elementary school and High School I was attending a school that was also much like EPLA, thus I am very happy to pass my knowledge on.
