Parents and families are welcome to join us for the celebration honoring our scholars!
The ceremony will be held in the UTEP Union Cinema located on the first floor of the Student Union Building.
Doors Open at 5:30 p.m.
Program Ends at 7:00 p.m.
Attire: Semi-Formal; Scholars do not have to wear their uniform.
Parking:
Visitor parking is available at various locations around campus.
Parking closest to the venue is the Hilton Garden Inn. Parking at the Hilton Garden Hotel requires a Temporary Visitor Permit that you can obtain at the Guard Kiosk on University Avenue. Parking is subject to posted signs in the Hotel parking lot.
